On Hulk Hogan being reinstated into the WWE Hall of Fame:
“You know the guy’s one of the greatest performers of all time. People do make mistakes and I think if we know anything from WWE and the UFC, NFL, any sport, if you are willing to learn from your mistakes you get another opportunity.”
On who he wants to see defeat Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship:
“Maybe I’ll beat Brock for the Universal Title.”
• RAW Star Getting A New Theme Song After Rumored Heel Turn?
Bobby Roode’s WWE career has been just that of a lower card wrestler’s since joining the RAW roster. Roode lost to Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler this week on RAW in a non-title match.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter observed that Roode could be turning heel soon. As his entrance is one of the fan favorite entrances in WWE right now, he might also he getting a new entrance theme. Fans love to sing it along him but as a heel, it won’t suit his character (just like Shinsuke Nakamura’s theme got changed after he turned heel).
WWE needs to get people to care about Bobby Roode. The only way it can happen right now is with a heel turn. WWE should definitely go that way so Roode’s talent can be utilized properly.
