• RAW Star Not Expected To Return “Soon”

WWE aired a promo last month that former WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens will be returning “soon”.

There were even some reports which stated that Kevin Owens will be returning after the Royal Rumble 2019 PPV to feud with Bobby Lashley for the Intercontinental Championship.

However, Wrestling Observer is reporting that might not be the case.

According to The Observer, WWE plans to hold off on Owens’ return until after WrestleMania 35, even if Owens gets cleared to return sooner than that.

WWE has done this before as well (Finn Balor got cleared to return from injury before WrestleMania 33 in 2017, but WWE officials decided to save his return for the post-WrestleMania 33 edition of RAW).
