Former Raw Tag Team Champion Jason Jordan’s neck injury and surgery resulted in plans for the Men’s Elimination Chamber match changing. Both Jordan and his tag team partner Seth Rollins were supposed to be in the match and do an angle which would’ve resulted in a singles match between them at WrestleMania 34.

While Jordan’s status for WrestleMania 34 isn’t exactly known as of now, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer noted that Jordan vs. Rollins at WrestleMania 34 “is not a dead issue”, but “it’s far from a certainty”.

Many M.D. websites have stated that people who underwent “minimally invasive posterior cervical microdiscectomy” (the surgery that Jordan underwent) can return to heavy lifting and sports within 1-2 months:

“Patients may return to light work duties as early as 1-2 weeks after surgery, depending on when the surgical pain has subsided.

Patients may return to moderate level work and light recreational sports as early as 1 month after surgery, if the surgical pain has subsided and the neck strength has returned appropriately with physical therapy.

Patients may return to heavy lifting and sports activities in 1-2 months if the surgical pain has subsided and the neck strength has returned appropriately with physical therapy.”

With WrestleMania 34 being a little less than 2 months away, there’s possibility that Jordan returns in-time to feud with Rollins and face “The Kingslayer” at WrestleMania 34.
