The feud between Becky Lynch and WWE Hall Of Famer Trish Stratus has been going on for the past couple of months.
The two women first went head-to-head at Night Of Champions back in May, where Stratus got the win with some help from Zoey Stark.
Lynch and Stratus have been going at it since then, which made it look like that WWE would book their second encounter for SummerSlam.
However, that wasn’t the case as the company announced earlier this week that Lynch vs. Stratus will take place when WWE heads to Canada for RAW in a week from Monday.
Speaking to Ten Count, Zoey Stark showed support for WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H’s decision and said that he did it to not screw the women.
“Hunter (Triple H) is a smart man. There is a reason, guys. He’s not just doing it to screw the women. He’s not. He’s doing it because he wants to make sure Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus have plenty of time to do it.
I’m sure there are other reasons that come into play that we’re not even thinking about.
When we get the match, and we will, it will be great and we will have plenty of time and it’s going to be a match well worth waiting for.”
