Apollo Crews suffered a kayfabe knee injury during his match with Andrade for the United States Championship on last week’s episode of RAW.

This resulted in Crews being pulled from the Men’s Money In The Bank ladder match (for which he qualified for by defeating MVP).

WrestlingNewsco is reporting that people backstage have been trying to convince Vince McMahon to use Crews more. The current plan for him is to turn heel.

“They are turning him. He was going to turn on [Chad] Gable before Vince decided to move him back to RAW.”

There have also been talks of making MVP manager of a stable. However, this isn’t related to Crews.
