WWE RAW wrestler Alba Fyre (real name: Kayleigh Rae), has been garnering attention on WWE’s main roster alongside Isla Dawn since their call-up last year. While her professional life is on an upward trajectory, Fyre is currently navigating a profound personal tragedy following the recent passing of her mother.
In a heartfelt and poignant tribute, Alba Fyre revealed the tragic circumstances surrounding her mother’s death. Her mother, along with Fyre’s father, was struck by a vehicle while crossing the road last Friday. Sadly, Fyre’s mother did not survive the accident.
Local police officers said the driver cooperated at the scene, and no charges are expected to be filed.
Expressing her family’s immense grief, Fyre described her mother as the most caring and fun-loving person, the life of every party, and a beloved figure to all who knew her.
She highlighted the significant void her mother’s passing has left in their lives and requested privacy for her family during this difficult time. Additionally, she urged everyone to remember her mother for the love and joy she brought to everyone’s lives.
You can read Alba’s statement below:
“On Friday my mum and dad were hit by a vehicle while crossing the road. Unfortunately my mum didn’t make it.
Words cannot describe how devastated we all are. She was the most caring, fun loving person, the life of every party, and the biggest wee legend we all knew. She was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.
We know everyone will be feeling this loss, and while our family would appreciate some privacy at this time we’d like people to remember my mum for all the love she brought to everyone.”
Alba shared the following photo of herself with her mother:
Alba will have a chance to honor her late mother in her home country of Scotland this Saturday, where she will team up with Isla Dawn to challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill and Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark in a Triple Threat Match.
Our thoughts are with Alba’s family, friends & fans during this tough time.
