• Old School WWF Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School WWF Veteran Ahmed Johnson (Real name: Tony Norris) celebrates his 57th birthday today.

Ahmed Johnson joined the World Wrestling Federation in 1995 as a babyface who helped Shawn Michaels in his feud against Camp Cornette.

Ahmed became the first black Intercontinental Champion at the King of the Ring 1996 PPV and feuded with Faarooq’s Nation of Domination stable in 1997, before he left the WWF in 1998.

His last major televised run happened from late 1999 till 2000, when he wrestled for Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling as “Big T”, one half of Harlem Heat 2000.

• RAW Wrestler Taken Off TV After Returning Due To Another Knee Surgery

Former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal returned to the ring in April after missing over 9 months of action due to a knee injury.

Mahal turned babyface and was set to get a push again to appeal to WWE’s market in India.

However, he has been forced out of action once again as he started facing knee issues. The Modern Day Maharaja under went another knee surgery in Birmingham.
