• Real Reason Behind Asuka Being Used On Commentary On RAW

On last week’s episode of RAW, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Asuka was used on commentary during Andrade vs. Rey Mysterio match.

During his podcast, WWE Hall of Famer and current RAW commentator Jerry Lawler revealed the reason Asuka was used on commentary:

“They put Asuka out there to help with the commentary and to try to help make some noise and keep things as loud as possible during the match where it wouldn’t be silence so that helped a lot. It’s a tough go and I felt sorry for Rey and Andrade & Zelina but they still did great.”

Asuka on commentary could become a permanent thing since all WWE shows are going to take place at the Performance Center in front of zero fans for the foreseeable future.
