• Real Reason Behind Drew McIntyre Being Pushed On RAW

As seen in recent weeks on WWE programming, Drew McIntyre is being given a babyface push on RAW and word going on is that he’s going to be involved in the WWE Championship picture on the road to WrestleMania 36.

According to Tom Colohue, the real reason behind WWE pushing McIntyre is because of WWE’s new UK TV deal with BT Sport.

WWE is pushing McIntyre (who is a UK talent) to promote their programming to the UK audience.

This is similar to the push Jinder Mahal got back in 2017, where he won the WWE Championship to promote the WWE product and launch of WWE’s Shop in India.
