R-Truth pinned Drake Maverick at his wedding to become a 6 time WWE 24/7 Champion.
According to WrestlingNewsCo, R-Truth is getting so much time on WWE TV because Vince McMahon trusts him to pull off anything that WWE creative comes up for him:

Sometimes Vince can tell when someone is not into what they are doing because it’s silly or whatever. You never see that with Ron and Vince loves that.
