• Real Reason Why WWE Drafted Ring Announcers Too
WWE quietly drafted Ring Announcers Samantha Irvin and Mike Rome. Samantha is now on RAW and Mike is on SmackDown.
This was done because WWE wants to keep real-life couples on the same brand.
Ricochet & Samantha are a couple. Ricochet & Braun Strowman got drafted to RAW, so Triple H made the decision to put Samantha on RAW as well, so they can travel together and have the same schedule.
This decision to led to fans making memes about how Ricochet’s fiancée and ex-girlfriend are now on the same brand. Ricochet used to date NXT wrestler Katana Chance, who got drafted to RAW.
Strowman getting drafted to RAW also makes sense, since WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez were also drafted to RAW, and Braun & Raquel are dating.
