• Reason Behind Kurt Angle’s Match With Rey Mysterio Being Cancelled

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle was scheduled to face former WWE Champion Rey Mysterio on this week’s RAW. This was scheduled to be Angle’s final RAW match, but it didn’t take place.

According to The Dirty Sheets, Angle suffered a stinger during his match with Samoa Joe on last week’s RAW. This is the reason why Angle’s match with AJ Styles on last week’s SmackDown was cut short and then his match with Mysterio was nixed.

WWE did this to ensure Angle is ready to go this Sunday at WrestleMania 35 in his farewell match.

Mysterio then went on to face Baron Corbin on this week’s RAW and got injured.

So Angle & Mysterio are injured heading into WrestleMania 35.
