• Reason Behind Long Awaited Title Match Not Happening At WrestleMania 36

According to the Wrestling Observer, Bayley vs. Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s Championship was originally planned for WrestleMania 36.

However, WWE didn’t book this long awaited singles match because they didn’t have enough time (as Sasha was out of action with an injury).

Instead of this singles match, Bayley will now defend the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 36 in a 6 Pack Elimination Challenge against Lacey Evans, Dana Brooke, Naomi, Tamina Snuka & Sasha Banks.

While Sasha is still going after Bayley in the above stated title match, both women are still friends and haven’t turned on each other in their storyline.
