– Reason Behind Roman Reigns Winning The Intercontinental Championship On Raw
As seen on this week’s post-Survivor Series 2017 episode of Raw, “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns defeated The Miz in the main event of the show to win the Intercontinental Championship.
The idea behind Reigns winning the Intercontinental Title is that he can stay away from a feud with Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Title as that match is currently planned to be the main event of WrestleMania 34.
Also, when Reigns finally feuds with Lesnar for the Universal Title next year, WWE officials want the storyline to be that Reigns has captured every Title there is to win on Raw, except for the WWE Universal Championship.
Below are Reigns’ accomplishments in WWE so far:
3x WWE World Heavyweight Champion
1x Intercontinental Champion
1x United States Champion
1x WWE Tag Team Champion
Royal Rumble 2015 Winner
Record for most eliminations in a single Royal Rumble match: 12 (Royal Rumble 2014)
3 Consequtive WrestleMania Main Events
Defeated The Undertaker at WrestleMania
With this Title win, Reigns is now a Grand Slam Champion in WWE. Below is what WWE Hall of Famer Booker T tweeted about this:

– Hulk Hogan, The Miz & Cody Rhodes Comment On The Georgia Dome Imploding
After being constructed about 25 years ago, The Georgia Dome was imploded on Monday. The stadium featured some big matches and big events including Hollywood Hogan vs. Goldberg for the WCW World Title on WCW Monday Nitro & WrestleMania 27 (main evented by John Cena vs. The Miz for the WWE Championship).
Below is what Hulk Hogan, The Miz & Cody Rhodes tweeted about this:
The first time the Georgia Dome exploded was Hollywood Hogan vs @goldberg. Now they had to implode it. They should have just called me and Bill again brother. HH pic.twitter.com/A9n3hr18Jl

For the people who say @JohnCena doesn’t have power, he had a whole stadium imploded to forget about his loss to me at @Wrestlemania. People don’t forget, John. ?? https://t.co/EvrWzpS59R

Had the privilege of competing in front of 71,000 people in The Georgia Dome.
Sad to see it go. Great memories. pic.twitter.com/VJQjiKUQeX
