On last week’s SmackDown, when Aldis fined Jey Uso for interfering on his show, Aldis also ejected Pearce from the arena along with Jey.

According to Fightful Select, this feud between Aldis & Pearce was started to book a War Games match between RAW and SmackDown at Survivor Series 2023. This was the plan as of a few weeks ago.
