• Reason Behind WWE Shifting Lars Sullivan To SmackDown
Lars Sullivan attacked Rey Mysterio on this week’s RAW and then laid out R-Truth on SmackDown.
After Monday’s RAW, WWE put Lars on the list of Superstars who are on RAW on their website, but that was changed after Lars’ appearance on SmackDown as he’s now a permanent member of the blue brand.
According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE shifted Sullivan to SmackDown so that SmackDown can get a monstrous superstar as well (RAW already has Braun Strowman as a monstrous superstar).
Also, it’s quite possible that WWE is trying to save the Strowman vs. Sullivan match for a later date, so they can build Lars up by then and then do the match at a big PPV.
Speaking of Strowman, he’s expected to feud with Samoa Joe for the United States Championship on RAW (Joe is set to move to RAW).
