• Reason Behind WWE’s Recent Mandatory Talent Meeting

WWE recently held a mandatory Zoom meeting for their wrestlers to discuss medical options like PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and Stem Cell Therapy. As reported by PWInsider, the meeting was organized to provide updated information on these treatments. WWE wanted talent to better understand the science behind these options and how they may relate to injury recovery. The session was presented as educational only. WWE made it clear that they were not promoting or dismissing the use of either therapy. Instead, the focus was on separating proven facts from unproven claims based on current medical research.

The meeting covered what aspects of PRP and stem cell therapy have peer-reviewed support, and what parts are still lacking enough evidence.

WWE’s goal in this meeting was to help wrestlers make informed health decisions, not push them in any direction.

Fightful Select later reported that WWE told the wrestlers that they might end up working with the stem cell company that a lot of their talent go to in Cancun.

Stem Cell Therapy has become extremely popular among pro-wrestlers. Rey Mysterio extended his career with the help of this therapy. Goldberg recently underwent this therapy as well, to heal his injured shoulder ahead of his upcoming retirement match.

• WWE Officials Are Frustrated About The WrestleMania 42 Situation

WrestleMania 42 will no longer take place in New Orleans, and WWE is not happy about how that news got out. According to PWInsider, there was backstage frustration in WWE after reports leaked last week revealing the event would be moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2026. WWE has not made that move official yet, and the early leak—especially from the New Orleans side—caused internal disappointment.

While WWE is believed to see Las Vegas as a more profitable market, the sudden change in plans didn’t sit well with everyone. Some within the company were also reportedly frustrated that the information came out before travel and venue details were finalized.

Following the news, WWE did confirm New Orleans will now host the 2026 Money In The Bank premium live event instead. That show is scheduled for August, which is later than usual. WWE also promised that New Orleans would get a future WrestleMania, though no date has been given.
