• Renee Paquette & Paige Returning To WWE Programming
WWE has announced that “WWE Backstage” will be returning on FS1 on Saturday, January 30th, the night before the Royal Rumble 2021 pay-per-view.
Renee Paquette will host the show with WWE Hall Of Famer Booker T and Paige on the panel.
Below is WWE’s announcement:
“WWE Backstage is back in a big way for an upcoming Royal Rumble Special on Saturday, Jan. 30 at 8/7 C on FS1.
Renee Paquette, WWE Hall of Famer Booker T and Paige will host the preview for one of sports entertainment’s most exciting nights.”

Backstage last aired on October 23rd, 2020 when SmackDown moved to FS1 for one night.
For those who don’t know, Renee (who is no longer under contract with WWE) is working this show because she’s under contract with FOX.

On this day in 1990, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Wrestling Challenge’.
It was broadcasted from the UTC Arena in Chattanooga, Tennessee and featured pre-taped matches, promos & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF Royal Rumble 1990’ PPV, that happened later on the same day.
