– WWE’s Rhea Ripley and AEW’s Buddy Matthews have announced their engagement after dating for more than a year.
In an Instagram post that the Women’s World Champion shared on Wednesday evening, she confirmed the news and attached a picture with Matthews, who is one third of the AEW World Trios Champion.
She captioned it:
“1000x YES! Pure F*cking happiness!
Matthews also shared a picture on his Instagram account to celebrate his engagement and captioned it:
“My sunshine in the Sunshine!”
The couple was congratulated by fellow pro wrestling stars in the comments including Miro, Bayley, Maxxine Dupri, Roxanne Perez, Sonya Deville, JD McDonagh, Blair Davenport Bronson Reed, Alexa Bliss and others.
