Below are some top news stories of the day, featuring Rhea Ripley, John Cena, and Michin.
• Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley is currently on her honeymoon with her husband, AEW star Buddy Matthews. This means Mami won’t appear on tonight’s RAW. Here’s what she posted:
“Ain’t no Roly-Poly ankles gonna keep us down! Let the honeymoon commence!”
Buddy is using a crutch because he hurt his ankle at AEW Grand Slam: Australia, where he lost to Kazuchika Okada in a match for the AEW International Championship.

• WWE has officially announced John Cena for the following 3 episodes of RAW in March:
– March 17 in Brussels, Belgium
– March 24 in Glasgow, Scotland
– March 31 in London, England
Cena’s next WWE appearance will be on March 1st at the Elimination Chamber PLE in Toronto.
• WWE has removed marijuana from its list of banned substances, according to SmackDown star Michin aka Mia Yim.
Speaking on The Speakeezy podcast, Yim confirmed, “Because it’s more legal, they’ve kind of accepted it. So before, marijuana used to be on the drug list, and they took that off a couple years ago.”
WWE previously fined wrestlers for marijuana use, though it was never penalized as strictly as performance-enhancing drugs. Yim’s comments suggest those penalties are now gone, giving talent more personal freedom.
Yim revealed how she prefers to use marijuana:
“So, when I get home on Saturdays, I’ll do that, and just chill out all day, and then I get back into the gym on Sunday. Sunday through Wednesday, I work out.”
This move follows a broader trend in sports, with organizations like the UFC also easing restrictions on cannabis as legalization continues to expand.
