As we previously reported, NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio and Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley will kick off tonight’s episode of NXT.
On last night’s RAW, Ripley brutally assaulted Liv Morgan before their match could begin. Ripley hurt Liv’s arm with a steel chair.
After the show, NXT star Lyra Valkyria challenged Ripley to a match on NXT:

Rhea: Okay, so you want to step in the ring with one of the most dominant women here in this business. I run this women’s division right across RAW, SmackDown, and NXT. I run everything, do you think that’s smart?
Lyra: Hell yeah.
Rhea: I will see you tomorrow.

It should be noted that WWE hasn’t booked Rhea for SummerSlam 2023 yet. She’s rumored to face Raquel Rodriguez at this PLE on August 5th.
