• Ric Flair Denies AEW Double Or Nothing Rumor

There was a report that two time WWE Hall of Famer “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair was originally scheduled to unveil the AEW World Title at AEW Double Or Nothing PPV, but the plans were dropped due to Flair recovering from a surgery.

The AEW World Title was then unveiled by another two time WWE Hall of Famer, “The Hitman” Bret Hart.

During a recent interview on WINCLY podcast, Flair was asked about this and he said the following:

“No. Absolutely not. I heard that too and I’ve never discussed that with anybody. I’m flattered that I was under consideration but I was never approached for that deal.”
