• Ric Flair Reveals Charlotte Flair’s Status For His Last Match

Ric Flair’s Last Match is less than 10 days away. He will team up with his son-in-law Andrade El Idolo to take on Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal.

During an interview on Busted Open Radio, Ric was asked if his daughter, Charlotte Flair, will appear at his Last Match event.

Below is what The Nature Boy said:

“She’ll be there, but I don’t know whether she’ll be on camera or not.

Absolutely, she will be there. She wouldn’t miss that. I don’t think she’d miss it even if Andrade wasn’t involved, she just might not be on camera.”

Charlotte was last seen on WWE programming at the WrestleMania Backlash premium live event in May, where she lost the SmackDown Women’s Championship to Ronda Rousey in an “I Quit” match.

After that match, she went on a hiatus to get married to Andrade.

• Old School Wrestling Legend Would Celebrate His Birthday

Today would have been the 64th birthday of Old School Wrestling Legend David Von Erich (Real name: David Adkisson).

He was the son of legendary wrestler & promoter Fritz Von Erich and the brother of fellow pro wrestlers Kevin Von Erich, “The Texas Tornado” Kerry von Erich, Mike Von Erich & Chris Von Erich. They all wrestled for Fritz’s Dallas, Texas based promotion, World Class Championship Wrestling.

David was considered the most talented Von Erich, which is why there were already plans to have him defeat “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair for the NWA Heavyweight Championship, but he passed away before they had a chance to book that.

In 2009 he and all of the family members mentioned above, were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by their former rival and close personal friend, Michael “P.S.” Hayes
