WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam made his AEW debut two weeks ago on Dynamite and confronted “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry.

On last week’s episode of Dynamite, RVD wrestled Jack Perry in an FTW Championship match, and lost.

The future of RVD in AEW is unknown yet, but what’s known is that he impressed many people in the company with his performance on Dynamite and he’s had talks with AEW President Tony Khan about working more shows.

However, some fans online claimed that RVD did WWE wrong by debuting for AEW, which did not please the former WWE Champion.

He sent out a tweet in response to those claims and indicated that he got permission from WWE to debut in All Elite Wrestling.

Below is what he tweeted:

“Some fans are saying I did WWE wrong by appearing on AEW. I wonder if they would all eat sh*t f I revealed that I had permission to do it?

Or would they just move on to puke out the next meaningless bulls**t that comes out of their mouths?

Yeah, I figured. I’ll keep it to my self for now.”

RVD last appeared for WWE during the Draft earlier this year.
