19. On This Day In 2006: Fake Kane Debuts!

During the June 12, 2006 episode of WWE Monday Night RAW a Kane imposter appeared for the first time, confronting the original Kane (Glenn Jacobs) by sending him off the entrance ramp, while wearing the Old School 1997 Kane’s gear.

Under the mask of the Fake Kane was actually Andrew Hankinson, who would later become known under the names Festus, D.O.C. & Luke Gallows. He also came out to the old school Attitude Era entrance theme of Kane.

The two later wrestled at the WWE Vengeance PPV, where the imposter won, but the storyline was dropped shortly thereafter.
