6. Big E “Injured” on Raw
Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson faced The New Day on Raw. Big E pinned Anderson to pick up the win for his team. Gallows & Anderson then went on to destroy the WWE Tag Team Champions.
WWE is playing an injury angle with Big E and below is what they posted on WWE.com:
“WWE Tag Team Champion Big E suffered an injury at the hands of Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson following their match on Raw, WWE.com can confirm.
After Gallows & Anderson pulled Big E groin-first into the turnbuckle at the end of a post-match brawl between Gallows, Anderson and the entirety of The New Day, the WWE Tag Team Champion was taken to the trainer’s room. He underwent several tests and medical examinations, but WWE officials did not confirm the specifics or severity of Big E’s injury at this time.”
The New Day are expected to defend their WWE Tag Team Titles against Gallows/Anderson at SummerSlam 2016.
5. Reason For Booker T Being Hospitalized Revealed, Why Was Mick Foley Made The Raw General Manager?
WWE Hall of Famer Booker T was in the hospital over the weekend. His wife Sharmell revealed that Booker T underwent an elbow surgery as he tore his triceps while doing a Spinnaroonie during his WWE Hall of Fame induction in 2013. This is the reason behind Booker retiring the Spinnaroonie:

Speaking of the WWE Hall of Fame 2013, Mick Foley is the current General Manager of Raw. It is being said that the reason Foley was made GM was to ensure that he can promote his “Holy Foley” WWE Network series when he’s on Raw. This series also features his daughter, Noelle Foley.
