• Ronda Rousey’s WrestleMania 39 Match Changed For The 2nd Time

Ronda Rousey was originally scheduled to defend the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39.

However, that plan changed and Charlotte Flair replaced Rousey in that match.

Rousey was then scheduled to team up with Shayna Baszler to go after the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 39, but the Women’s Tag Team Titles will no longer be on the line at the Show of Shows, as current champions Lita & Becky Lynch will be involved in a 6-woman tag team match.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Rousey will still be a part of WrestleMania Hollywood and will be in a different match.

She recently aggravated an old arm injury, but is expected to be ready by the end of the month.

It’s possible that WWE adds her & Shayna to the Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match (called Women’s WrestleMania Showcase Match) at WrestleMania 39. Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez qualified for this match on last night’s SmackDown.
