3. Huge WWE Title Match Set For Royal Rumble 2017
15 Time WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena returned to WWE programming on tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live and announced that he’ll face the WWE Champion at Royal Rumble 2017.
Cena said he’s sick of this “New Era” BS and that it’s the “My Time Is Now” era. Cena heeled up his promo in the end and you can watch it below:
Later in the night, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles defeated Dolph Ziggler & Baron Corbin to retain the WWE Championship in the main event of SmackDown Live.
