WWE Live News Blog (December 5, 2016) – Possible Debut For Royal Rumble 2017, Sting’s Career Not Over?

2. Nikki Bella’s Next Feud On SmackDown Live

As seen at last night’s TLC 2016, Nikki Bella defeated Carmella in a No DQ match and that marked the end of their feud.

After the match was over, Carmella revealed that it was Natalya who attacked Nikki at Survivor Series 2016, not her.

Below is what WWE posted:

Nikki Bella may have triumphed over Carmella in an intense No Disqualification Match at WWE TLC Sunday night. However, The Princess of Staten Island quickly ruined Nikki’s celebration when she claimed that it was actually Natalya who carried out the mysterious backstage assault on her “Total Divas” co-star at Survivor Series.

Later in the pay-per-view, Natalya flat-out denied Carmella’s allegations, calling the claims “absurd” and her accuser “a liar.” But, did The Queen of Harts actually do it? Will she make Carmella pay for saying she did? And will Nikki Bella herself have anything to say about it this Tuesday night?

So in accordance to our previous reports, Nikki is now scheduled to begin an angle with Natalya on SmackDown Live.

3. Baron Corbin Thinks He Belongs In The Main Event After TLC 2016 Win

After defeating Kalisto in a Chairs match at TLC 2016, “The Lone Wolf” Baron Corbin proved that he’s a winner and always wins when it matters the most.

Corbin appeared on Talking Smack after TLC 2016 went off the air, and talked about how SmackDown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan might have felt bad about him beating the hell out of his fellow small friend, Kalisto. Corbin then said that he now belongs in the main event with WWE World Champion AJ Styles.

Bryan, however, thought that Corbin needs to prove a lot more to be in that place.

Speaking of their Chairs match, DX member Road Dogg noted on Twitter that he was impressed with this match:

@BaronCorbinWWE and @KalistoWWE just amazed me with their innovative chair match and the physicality in it! Wow #OUDK #WWETLC #SDLive
