4. Will Rey Mysterio Return At Royal Rumble 2017?
There’s a rumor going on that former WWE Champion Rey Mysterio might be returning to WWE as a surprise entrant in the 2017 Royal Rumble match.
With Mysterio’s contract with Lucha Underground expiring, there’s a possibility that Rey might return to the company (as WWE has been interested in bringing him back since the Brand Split and even more now due to the new Cruiserweight division and the 205 Live show).
However, Mysterio will wrestle at tonight’s 5 Star Wrestling show in Scotland and if he’s scheduled to make an appearance at the Royal Rumble 2017 PPV, then he’ll have to take a quick flight back to the country to arrive in San Antonio.
