As we noted before, WWE has big plans for this year’s SummerSlam 2017 and they’re going to book a lot of big matches. This has begun a lot of speculation regarding Goldberg’s WWE status and him returning for a high profile match at the biggest event of the Summer.

However, that doesn’t look to be the case anymore. As of this writing, there are no plans for Goldberg to have a match at SummerSlam 2017. But, WWE does have plans for Goldberg to be involved in one of the co-main events at WrestleMania 34 next year in New Orleans.
