On this day in 1993, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Monday Night RAW’.
It was broadcasted from the Castle Recreation Center in Alexandria Bay, New York and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF SummerSlam 1993’ PPV.

• Rumor Killer On Shawn Michaels Being Involved In A Heated Exchange Backstage At NXT TakeOver: In Your House
As we noted earlier, Fightful reported in June that Shawn Michaels was involved in a heated argument with another producer backstage at NXT TakeOver: In Your House over the Black Lives Matter movement.
However, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer claimed the report to be false, as he wrote the following about it on the Wrestling Observer forum:
“The Shawn argument story was fake.”
• Update On Big Cass
While speaking to Gary Cassidy, nZo (former WWE wrestler Enzo Amore) gave the following update on his former tag team partner, Big Cass:
“Oh, man, he’s in the best shape of his life, bro. I saw him…I was Facetiming with him. He was in the mirror, for sure, showing me what he’s been doing. We have that type of relationship but, at the same time I’m like, ‘Come on, bro, take it easy, dude. I believe you,’ you know what I mean? ‘I know you’re putting the work in, I’m proud of you, buddy, I’m proud of you.’”
