Many fans believe that World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins is at the peak of his career right now, after being on the WWE main roster for 10 years.

During a recent interview on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast, Rollins (age 37) revealed that he has 6 to 10 years of wrestling left in him, depending on his health.

Below is what he said:

“So, in our industry, and there are some exceptions, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, he’s kind of an exception obviously because he was sort of a part of the business his entire life because his family was in it, but his real run was only like 4 years, it was tiny.

For the most part, historically, you need years and years of experience, thousands of matches, you’ve got to build equity with your audience, so I am at the point now where I’m 37, and so I’ve got probably like this maybe 6 to 10 year window, depending on my health, where I’m going to be in the sweet spot, where like my body can still go, but my brain is also finally caught up to where I am physically.

So like, mentally and physically I haven’t deteriorated I’m like, in that perfect zone where I’m not quite what I was when I was your (Logan Paul) age athletically, but I’m still pushing it, and mentally I’m just, I can read the room when we go out there, it’s like cake for me.

So I’m in that zone for like 6 to 10 years depending on how my body holds up, and then who knows. Then I’ll turn into the Undertaker and turn up once a year for WrestleMania.

But yeah, I’m feeling really good right now, I’m in a sweet spot.”

During this same interview, Rollins also talked about the injuries he’s dealing with right now:

“I try to change my training up based on how I feel. There are constant injuries. My knee has been bugging me since before WrestleMania (39), I was having an issue with that.

My neck acting up. My lower back has been at me since 2019, probably should get some surgery on that, but trying to just do whatever I can to make sure I don’t need it because I have a couple of stress fractures back there.

I tried some stem cells, I’ve done a couple of stem cell treatments. I found that they were temporarily helpful. I wasn’t taking time off. I wasn’t just idling while I was on the stem cells, I was still working pretty much a full-time schedule with WWE.

I found it temporarily helpful, but long-term it kind of faded off a little bit. I got maybe 4 or 5 months of ‘ooooh, okay’.”
