• WWE Superstar Shinsuke Nakamura is set to return to Pro Wrestling NOAH on January 1, 2025, where he will face Ulka Sasaki.
Nakamura announced his return in a video message, marking his second appearance for the promotion (while being under contract with WWE) after competing against The Great Muta in January 2023.

• Below are some top highlights from today’s NJPW King of Pro-Wrestling event.
– AEW World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks announced that they will make their return to NJPW at the Tokyo Dome for NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty on January 5, 2025.
– Hiroshi Tanahashi announced that he will be retiring from in-ring competition, and 2025 will be his retirement tour. Tanahashi revealed that his final match will take place on January 4, 2026 at Wrestle Kingdom 20.
– Hiromu Takahashi defeated Mistico. After the match, Mistico challenged Takahashi to a rematch in the future with the stipulation being a “Mask vs. Hair” match.
– Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Tetsuya Naito to win the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
