• SmackDown Draws More Viewership Than RAW This Week

This week’s pre-taped Christmas edition of SmackDown, which featured Rusev winning the United States Championship in the main event, drew 1.90 million viewers.

This is down from previous week’s 2.21 million viewers.

On the other hand, RAW drew 1.78 million viewers. This is down from previous week’s 2.55 million viewers and ended up being the lowest viewership number that RAW has ever drawn.

This is also the first time that RAW viewership has gone below the 2 million mark.

Below is the hourly viewership breakup for this week’s RAW:

1st Hour – 1.75 million viewers (Last week – 2.72 million viewers)

2nd Hour – 1.79 million viewers (Last week – 2.56 million viewers)

3rd Hour – 1.78 million viewers (Last week – 2.37 million viewers)

This is the 3rd time that SmackDown has beaten RAW in terms of viewership since the 2016 brand split.

Before this week, SmackDown drew more viewership than RAW during the last week of 2016 and in October 2018 with the SmackDown 1000 episode.
