SmackDown Fist Returning As A Part Of New SmackDown Set On FOX

On this day in 1996, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired another LIVE episode of their weekly TV show ‘WCW MONDAY NITRO’.

It was broadcasted from the the Disney-MGM Studios in Orlando, Florida and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WCW Hog Wild 1996’ PPV.

• SmackDown Fist Returning As A Part Of New SmackDown Set On FOX

Brad Shepard reported several weeks back that a new WWE set with an Attitude Era feel will be used when SmackDown moves to FOX in October.

In an update to this, Brad is now reporting that the “SmackDown Fist” is set to return as a part of this new SmackDown set on FOX in two months:

“As I previously reported, a new set with an Attitude Era-feel is coming to WWE SDLive on Fox. I’m told the plan is for the new set to feature the return of the SmackDown fist. The fist is currently ready for use and in storage.”
