• SmackDown Personality Gets A $30 Million Per Year Non-WWE Deal

Pat McAfee retired from the NFL in 2016 and is currently a Commentator on WWE SmackDown.

The Pat McAfee Show already had a sponsorship deal with FanDuel, but he has revealed that this deal has been reupped, where his team will be making $30 million per year!

The deal is for 4 years, with an opt-out option after 3 years.

On this day in Pro Wrestling history on December 12, 2004, World Wrestling Entertainment aired ‘WWE Armageddon 2004’ LIVE on PPV from the Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Georgia.

This was the 5th edition of the annual WWF/WWE Armageddon pay-per-view that ran from 1999 until 2008, but didn’t have one in 2001 due to the name sounding inappropriate so close after 9/11.

This was a SmackDown!-exclusive PPV, that drew 230,000 buys.
