– Jacob Fatu wanted to get his hands on WWE Champion Drew McIntyre for getting involved in his match last week. Nick Aldis told Fatu know that he’s given Drew the night off, but Drew appeared in the SmackDown luxury suite to watch the show and taunted Fatu & Cody Rhodes. Aldis told Fatu to relax or else he will be forced to suspend him and he will miss WrestleMania 42. Cody called Drew an a$$hole during this segment.
– WWE Tag Team Champion Tama Tonga def. Ilja Dragunov
After the match, The Wyatt Sicks appeared on the titantron and Uncle Howdy challenged Solo Sikoa to face him one-on-one.
– Nia Jax and Lash Legend revealed their Tag Team name: The Irresistible Forces. They will face Rhea Ripley & IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship on next week’s SmackDown.
– WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill said she will be on next week’s RAW to hear Liv Morgan’s WrestleMania 42 decision.
– Triple Threat Women’s Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Kiana James def. Nia Jax and Charlotte Flair
– Oba Femi def. Kit Wilson
– Nick Aldis doesn’t want the mystery crate and had it shipped back to RAW.
– Tiffany Stratton def. Alba Fyre
– Sami Zayn said Cody Rhodes should be ashamed of what he did last week. Sami said Cody was chosen to finish his story, but he’s been struggling for 10 years to finish his. Cody said that the system is not against Sami and the only thing standing in Sami’s way is Sami himself. Sami apologized for his anger a few minutes later and the crowd booed. Sami said Cody will become the WWE Champion again and wants Cody to remember he had some help along the way. Trick Williams mocked Sami.

– Triple Threat Men’s Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Trick Williams def. Damian Priest and United States Champion Carmelo Hayes
– WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Rhea Ripley def. Women’s United States Champion Giulia via DQ after Nia Jax and Lash Legend attacked Ripley, which led to IYO SKY making the save.
– Michin & B-Fab made their return from injury and confronted Jade Cargill backstage.
– Aleister Black (with Zelina) def. Randy Orton after Drew McIntyre attacked Orton with the WWE Title
Cody Rhodes ran out, but couldn’t get his hands on the Undisputed WWE Champion.
