Mustafa Ali hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since December of 2019. His last televised match was against The Revival, which he lost while pairing up with Shorty G.

While Ali continued working dark matches after that, he wasn’t brought on TV even once. The reason behind it is unknown.

While addressing a fan on Twitter, Ali revealed that he’s been forced to be off WWE programming for reasons beyond his control.

“Yeah man. It’s real nice to be in your prime and wanting to use the exposure you get to bring light to serious topics, but instead forced to the sidelines for reasons beyond your control. Real nice to not be allowed to do what you’re passionate about.”

There have been rumors that Ali is the hacker on SmackDown, but this tweet suggests otherwise.
