• Solo Sikoa Destroys Top WWE Star On SmackDown

Below are the results from tonight’s SmackDown:

– Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn kicked off tonight’s SmackDown and said The Usos are coming for a rematch for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.

The Usos & Solo Sikoa came out, and Jey Uso said there are no cracks in The Bloodline. Sami said Jey is pretending everything is fine, although everyone knows Solo almost attacked Jey last week.

Jey said KO needs to watch his back because Sami will backstab him just like he did to The Bloodline.

Usos & Sikoa then surrounded the ring and were about to attack the champions, but Matt Riddle came out and attacked Sikoa. The babyfaces cleared the ring.

– In a backstage segment, Adam Pearce told a referee to inform The Bloodline that he’s offering to book Solo Sikoa vs. Matt Riddle for tonight’s main event.

– Xavier Woods def. LA Knight

Knight tried to pin Woods by holding Woods’ tights, but the referee saw it. Woods then pinned Knight by holding LA’s tights. Knight was angry at the referee after the match for not seeing what Xavier did.

– Gunther was talking to Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci backstage, when Xavier Woods interrupted him by playing the trombone. Woods challenged Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship before the Draft.

– Sami Zayn warned Matt Riddle of what The Bloodline is capable of. Kevin Owens then fired up Riddle ahead of the main event battle against Solo Sikoa.

– Damian Priest sent a warning to Bad Bunny ahead of Backlash.

– Damian Priest def. Santos Escobar

After the match, Priest attempted to put Escobar through the announce table, but got stopped by Rey Mysterio. The LWO took out The Judgment Day.

– In a backstage segment, Solo Sikoa is getting ready for the main event. Paul Heyman is hyping him up and talked about how Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns called him and said that Matt Riddle not only embarrassed Solo, he embarrassed the entire family. Solo then said:

“Tell The Tribal Chief… I got this.”

– Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez came out to celebrate their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship victory. They were interrupted by Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green, who called them out for beating champions without even beating the true champions (as Trish Stratus replaced Lita on RAW).

Chelsea questioned why are they being overlooked for these mediocre champions. Liv & Raquel agreed to give them a Title match and then laid them out.

Chelsea Green Returns From Hospitalization After WrestleMania 39 With Sonya Deville On WWE SmackDown April 14 2023

This was Chelsea’s return to WWE programming after being hospitalized for real after WrestleMania 39 (tap here for details).

– Shinsuke Nakamura def. Madcap Moss

Emma motivated Moss before the match and wasn’t happy when Moss lost. Karrion Kross & Scarlett then picked out Nakamura’s tarot card to signal they are coming for the 2018 Men’s Royal Rumble winner.

– The Viking Raiders attacked Braun Strowman & Ricochet backstage.

– Before the main event, Paul Heyman announced that The Usos will face Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship in a WrestleMania 39 rematch on the April 28th episode of SmackDown.

Heyman said it’s a guarantee that Owens & Zayn will lose the Titles, because Roman Reigns is losing patience with the two of you, but Heyman said that while looking at The Usos from behind them (so they couldn’t see).

– Solo Sikoa def. Matt Riddle

The Usos brawled with Owens & Zayn during this match. After the match, Solo slammed Riddle on the announce table and then buried him under the table to end the show.
