• Spoiler On The Finish Of The Universal Title Match At Royal Rumble 2018

As seen on this week’s episode of Raw, the #1 contenders match between Kane & Braun Strowman ended in a Double Count-Out. The announcement for the Universal Championship match at Royal Rumble 2018 PPV is now set to be made on next week’s Raw.

“The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar is now expected to defend the Universal Championship in a Triple Threat match, against Kane & Braun Strowman, at Royal Rumble 2018.

This is being done because WWE officials don’t want Strowman to take a pinfall at this point, so Kane will be taking the pinfall and Lesnar will then head into WrestleMania 34 as the Universal Champion.

After Royal Rumble 2018, Lesnar will defend his Universal Title directly at WrestleMania 34 (he won’t be defending the Universal Title at Elimination Chamber 2018 PPV). This is similar to Lesnar’s early 2015 schedule as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
