• Steve Austin’s Second Hilarious Botch From WrestleMania 41 (Video)

Crashing his ATV into the barricade wasn’t the only botch by Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania 41 – Night 2.

He also missed the ramp when he came out. You can watch it below:

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez reported that WWE is nervous about getting sued by the fan over the barricade crash incident. You can read his conversation with Dave Meltzer below:

Alvarez: Austin is sprinting down in this ATV, or whatever. And he flies around the ring and he smashes into the barricade and he knocks this woman back. He jumps off, and he gets in the ring, or whatever, and Nick Khan flies over. And he’s talking to this lady and… we’ll see what happens, man.

Meltzer: Nick Khan is a smooth operator.

Alvarez: He is, but I heard they are nervous about this one.

Meltzer: They should be. Well, duh. It’s right on camera in front of millions of people.

Alvarez: It was right on camera and all over Twitter.

Meltzer: Probably close to like 10 million people (saw it).

Alvarez: That was a really unfortunate situation, hopefully she’s alright.

• “Heel Turn Was Soft” – Eric Bischoff Is Not Impressed With John Cena Becoming WWE Champion

On his 83 Weeks podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff had the following to say about John Cena defeating Cody Rhodes to win the Undisputed WWE Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 41 – Night 2:

“I have to believe when both those guys watch this match back, they’re going to go, ‘We missed it. We missed the mark because that match just didn’t create emotion.’

The responsibility is equal among the parties. The chemistry wasn’t there. I don’t think the story was there to begin with. The heel turn was soft. I didn’t say it’s bad, but it was soft. It wasn’t compelling.

There was nothing that felt different than a million other turns we’ve seen before. Yes, for all of you people who say I never criticize WWE, please pay attention.

That story missed the mark from the get-go, and we talked about it here. And it just hasn’t gotten any better. I believe it had a lack of heat, just lack of a good story.”
