During a recent interview on the ‘Out Of Character’ podcast, current RAW Superstar Bronson Reed shared his opinion of WWE Ruthless Aggression Era Legend Batista and stated that in his mind, Batista is the best wrestler-turned-actor out there, thus ignoring John Cena & The Rock.
While it’s certainly a decision based on his personal opinion and Batista may be his own personal favorite, it’s hard to ignore John Cena, who is a huge part of the famous Fast & Furious franchise now.
Also, the elephant in the room … Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, who – in an unbiased way of viewing things – is obviously the by far most successful wrestler-turned-actor in history, and it’s not even close.
The Rock is currently the #1 paid actor in all of Hollywood, not just counting former wrestlers.
Here’s what’s Bronson Reed had to say:
“I’m a big fan of Batista and his acting work. I really liked the Knock at the Cabin that came out this year as well.
I think I am gonna go out and be controversial and get some heat for this. But I think he is the best wrestler turned actor there is.”
Batista’s 2023 movie ‘Knock at the Cabin’ has a Rotten Tomatoes approval rating of 67% and an average fan rating of 6.3/10, but was pretty much destroyed by a lot of the critics.
