2. The Mountie
Do you guys remember the 1991 storyline feud between The Big Boss Man and Jacques Rougeau’s new character “The Mountie”?
Both were booked to face each other at the WWF SummerSlam 1991 PPV in a match that was dubbed a ‘Jailhouse Match’ with the stipulation, that the loser would have to spend 1 night in a New York prison.
The Big Boss Man ended up winning the match and the Mountie was forced to spend the night in jail.
The feud ended right there but is still well remembered for its comedy segments after the actual match, when The Mountie tried to avoid being put into a prison cell.
