R-Truth’s WWE departure has left some talent feeling uneasy, according to PWInsider. One wrestler told the outlet that the news made them feel like “nothing is guaranteed” in WWE. Another said it pushed them to focus on locking in their next contract well ahead of time. Some in WWE have questioned why R-Truth wasn’t offered an ambassador role with the company. With Truth’s popularity and long-standing presence in WWE, a few sources were surprised he wasn’t given a position like the one held by Titus O’Neil. They felt Truth’s strong connection with fans made him a natural fit for such a role.

Reacting to R-Truth’s departure, Naomi and Jade Cargill continued their feud through this. You can read their exchange below:

Naomi: I hate this so much.

Cargill: I hate this more than I hate you.

Naomi: I hate we lost him and still have you.

Below are some more reactions from WWE Superstars regarding R-Truth’s departure:

The Miz: Forming Awesome Truth with you was one of the best runs of my career. No one made me laugh harder. Your energy, heart, and smile lit up every room…and every arena. You’re not one of a kind, you’re one in a lifetime. Love you, Truth. Keep shining.

Natalya: You are a class act @ronkillings1. You were amazing to me since day one when I met you doing my first independent wrestling show in the U.S.

Last week I loved seeing how excited you were for the championship match against John Cena. You remind everyone around the world to never lose that childlike wonder. I’m so proud to call you a friend for life!

(Also, I took this first picture with Truth in the legends locker room last week at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Tampa. He insisted on changing with all the legends to make them feel more at home in WWE. That’s who Truth is)
