As we noted earlier, PWInsider reported that WWE Officials are monitoring the negative response on Social Media to The Rock replacing Cody Rhodes in the WrestleMania 40 main event spot, so there’s a chance that WWE might change plans as nothing is officially announced so far.
The Rock is now deleting negative comments from social media.
On his latest Instagram post about WrestleMania 40, The Rock deleted a top comment which read “use me as the dislike button”, which had over 20,000 likes.

Some fans have taken their support for Cody too far and have openly sent death threats to The Rock over this storyline.
RAW Superstar Ricochet tweeted the following about it:
“Let’s all voice our opinions! Let’s all debate on what we think is important. That’s the best part about all of this, the fact that we all love it!
But when you just want to say some hateful stuff just because you can, that’s where the fun stops.
Let’s be cool.
First, let me say there is no bigger Cody supporter than me, ask @SamanthaTheBomb
2nd, you guys have shown me how truly toxic the IWC is haha”
Ricochet then showed his support for The American Nightmare in another tweet:
“To clear the record…

“And The Rock is my all time Favorite. So, I wouldn’t be mad at this either.”
