• The Rock Reveals The Real Reason Why WWF Booked The “Beer Bath” Segment With Stone Cold In 1999
Yesterday marked the 20 year anniversary of the “Beer Bath” segment from WWF RAW Is WAR on the road to WrestleMania XV.
During this segment, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin gave a beer bath to The Corporation. You can watch it below:
Old School WWF Legend The Rock, who was the WWF Champion during this segment, revealed on Twitter that Austin was dealing with a broken neck during this time, so they had to keep the physicality level down and save it for their WrestleMania XV main event. The result was one of the most entertaining segments to ever take place on LIVE TV. ?? https://t.co/oiSdm0MIOI— Dwayne Johnson (@TheRock) March 22, 2019
