• Reason Behind Drew McIntyre Teaming Up With Dolph Ziggler, Future Plan For McIntyre

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer recently addressed why Drew McIntyre started teaming up with Dolph Ziggler when he returned to the WWE main roster this.

Meltzer noted that WWE officials want McIntyre & Ziggler to have a good partnership at first, but then their partnership is expected to implode and then fans will get to see a McIntyre – Ziggler feud.

McIntyre would obviously win this feud and is expected to move on to the main event scene.

• The Undertaker’s Former Memphis Wrestling Manager Passes Away

WBRC FOX 6 News is reporting that Old School Memphis Wrestling manager Nate Whitlock passed away this past Friday. He was also known as “Nate the Rat”. The cause of his death isn’t known at this point.

During his run in Memphis, Nate managed the likes of The Undertaker (known as ‘Master of Pain’ back then), The Godfather (known as ‘The Soul Taker’ back then) and Jerry Lawler.

Dave Brown (Memphis announcer and current WMC-TV channel 5 Meteorologist) had the following to say regarding’s Nate’s passing to WMC Action News:

“He really played the [heel] role well. I liked being around him. He was just a nice guy. Anything that was asked of him, he was willing to do.”
