3. The Club Doing A Takeover Angle In WWE?
On this week’s edition of Raw, AJ Styles noted that The Club is here to takeover the WWE, but that’s not going to happen until they take out John Cena.
It’s possible that WWE is planning a Takeover angle with The Club, similar to the nWo. But with the Brand Split coming up, the “WWE takeover angle” doesn’t look possible but taking over a particular Brand does sound like a feasible idea.
Finn Balor will soon be coming up to the WWE main roster and plans are to put him in The Club to make the stable even stronger. It won’t be surprising if The Club ends up holding all the Titles of a particular Brand.
Speaking of Styles & Cena, they are expected to face off for the new World Title (which is expected to return due to Brand Split) at SummerSlam 2016.
