• “Tonight was for you kiddo” – Edge After WrestleMania 39 Victory
Last night at WrestleMania 39 Sunday, Edge faced “The Demon” Finn Balor inside Hell in a Cell.
The classic Hell in a Cell returned for this bout, as WWE has retired the red structure. However, the steel chairs in this match were red.
The WWE Hall of Famer ended up defeating the alter-ego of The Judgment Day member.
During this match, Edge hit Balor in the head with a Ladder, which busted him open.
The match was stopped for a few minutes, so the trainers could fix the wound.
On the post-show press conference, Triple H said the trainers fixed Balor’s wound in the ring with staples, to stop the bleeding. HHH said Balor is fine.
After the show went off the air, Edge revealed that he dedicated his victory to a young fan of him, who’s hospitalized.
